Prices The listed prices are end user prices. For German customers taxes are included. The latest price list applies for all orders. Prices are subject to change. We are not liable for errors. Delivery We will allways trie to fulfil prompt deliveries. Amounts for shipping and handling within Germany are 8,- €. Deliveries per email or download are free. Payment Accounts are payable at once without deduction. Supplied products are property of starway until the complete payment. Licenses To software of other manufacturers the license regulations of the respective manufacturer supplied with the software apply. Software of starway is subject to our license regulations. You have to agree to the terms of this license before you may use the software. Right Of Withdrawal As a private final consumer we grant you the right to cancellation of orders. You can withdraw from your order, if you recall the order within 14 days after receipt of the first goods delivery in writing or by email. You have to send your withdrawal within the period to starway, Internet service, Haydnstr. 6a, D-34246 Vellmar. After receipt of your revocation any payments for the products will be payed back. The legislator excluded software from this regulation, as soon as you opened it or received it by download or by email. Validity If any of the terms above should be or become void, this does not touch the other terms. Rather in place of the regulation concerned an appropriate back-up regulation applies, that the partners would have agreed upon to reach the same economic result, if they had been conscious of the voidness of the regulation. |
